Global Tresses is a woman owned and operated business which opened in 2003 with funding and management from the Chambers Federation. The company imports hair and hair products from Brazil, Peru, India, Malaysia, Philippines and the Ukraine and distributes to its wholesale clients primarily in the Chicago, LA, Atlanta and Detroit markets. All products are sourced from verified suppliers, nearly entirely all of whom are minority, woman owned businesses themselves. The company continues to thrive and plans on expanding to emerging markets in Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa soon.
