Residential

The Chambers Federation has its construction origins based from residential single family housing with over 3.75 million square feet of new and renovated residential projects completed. The passion for building custom built homes remains at the core of the companies main construction interest. While no projects are currently under construction in Africa, several projects are being designed for both Kenya and DRC (Congo).

Infrastructure, Road Development

Chambers Federation has significant experience in rural and urban infrastructure development. Projects listed below total nearly 300 million Ksh for just one year of development. Our services span a wide array of infrastructure development activities specialize in road construction. Our work in the areas of policy formulation, regulation, design and implementation of public-private partnership (PPP) frameworks and infrastructure financing mechanisms helps create a vibrant ecosystem for infrastructure development. Our services at the project level include bid process management, valuations and due diligence to enable investment decisions.
